GoodBoatGear.com was founded by Elliot and Mark out of a desire to promote their own hobbies and save some money. We both have owned several boats and always look forward to our time on the water.

If you're new to our site you may notice that we do things a little differently.
First, if you have a question please email us at sales@goodboatgear.com. It is our objective to reply with a researched answer the same day. Many people might make an assumption that dialing a phone number is a safer and more efficient way to obtain an answer. In our experience, it seems that this is not the case. Exchanging voice messages can cause considerable delays. Also, attempting to circumvent the system and "go direct" often results in misunderstandings and errors. We have found that we are more efficient and able to offer a consistently higher level of support customer service using email. Send us an email (sales@goodboatgear.com) and we'll reply as soon as possible with a real response from a real person.

After you place an order, there is a phone number that you can reach us at. Email tends to be better for us, but we do recognize that there are circumstances that might require phone conversations. Also, please contact us with any comments or concerns. We are happy to meet your needs in any way that we can.
