Contacting Goodboatgear:
Please send all comments or concerns to support@goodboatgear.com. In order to give you the best possible prices we are keeping our overhead as small as possible. But that does not mean you'll be unable to reach us. If you contact us by email we'll respond that same day.

Terms and Conditions
Return Policy:
Our goal is customer satisfaction. If you need to return or exchange merchandise, please contact us within 30 days of purchase date for a return authorization. No merchandise will be accepted without prior authorization. All returned merchandise must be accompanied by a copy of the original sales invoice, AND must be sent prepaid in saleable condition in original packaging.
General merchandise:
All items that follow these simple guidelines are not subject to a restocking fee.

Boat covers:
Our boat covers are a made to order product and can't be returned.

Shipping:
We work very hard to ship your order ASAP. However, due to high volume or factors out of our control we may ship your order in 2-4 business days. If there is a delay of more than that due to back ordered items we will contact you.

When will you get your stuff? Check the map for UPS Ground.

If your items are drop shipped directly from the manufacturer there maybe a several day delay in shipping. We will notify you of this situation.


Stocking:
Items are in stock in our warehouse as noted on the site. If we don't have the quantity available to fill your order we will contact you. We can arrange partial shipments or hold the order until all items are available.

Privacy Policy:
The privacy of your information is our top priority here at Goodboatgear. We will not share your information with anyone. In addition, we use several layers of encryption to keep your credit card data safe.

Disclaimer of Warranty/Limitation of Remedies:
Goodboatgear.com is strictly a retailer and not a manufacturer. All goods sold by Goodboatgear.com are as is, without any warranties, express or implied, including the implied warrant of merchantability, except as stated herein. The only warranties of the goods are those, if any, which are expressly made by the manufacturer. The sole and exclusive remedies in the event of any breach of warranty are (1) a claim for return of the goods and refund of the purchase price or (2) replacement of the defective product. In no event shall Goodboatgear be liable for incidental or consequential damages.

Inaccuracies or Typographical Errors:
It is the responsibility of the customer to review the manufacturer's part number and the item description to ensure that they are getting the correct product. We can not be responsible for assumptions made based on images or other content. If you are unsure of an item please contact us before you order.
GoodBoatGear.com is not responsible or liable for shipping charges or other costs in the event of such an error. However, you may return any item, see our return policy.

Due to varying screen settings and monitors, GoodBoatGear.com does not guarantee that Your monitor will depict the exact shade of color of the merchandise You receive.
